Shipping + Returns

 

Orders within the US ship via USPS or UPS and will ship within 1 week of ordering and typically arrive 5-7 business days after the package is picked up. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.  Standard shipping does NOT include insurance

 

Preorders

We cannot guarantee the ship date of preorder items. Orders for items that are listed as "preorder" may be cancelled for a full refund at any time up until the ship date. Email us at info@herselfclothing.com to request an order cancellation.

 

Returns 

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  We gladly accept returns of unworn and undamaged items when postmarked within seven days of order delivery for store credit or refund.

Please contact info@herselfclothing.com with your order number to receive your Return Authorization code and instructions for mailing back your item. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Herself clothing reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fit the above requirements.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is determined to be defective or damaged.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time, please return the unwanted item and re-order.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away and we will help you with replacement.

Sale items are Final Sale and not returnable.
